SHIPPING POLICY
Each Babes Bake order is packed with care from our studio in St. Augustine, Florida.
We ship Monday through Friday, and respond to customer service inquiries during business hours throughout the week.
SHIPPING TIMETABLE
Most orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days after the order is placed.
Some products may be offered as preorders. If an item is a preorder, an estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page. These dates are estimates, not guarantees—but if there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out directly to keep you in the loop.
Shipping estimates provided at checkout come directly from carriers and are not guaranteed by Babes Bake.
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Babes Bake is not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons. If your package appears lost or excessively delayed, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination—we do not charge extra handling fees.
First Class Shipping (USPS)
USPS First Class is the most economical option but can be slow, especially during high-volume shipping windows. Delivery estimates range from 4–9 business days, but can exceed 21+ days during peak times. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing UPS at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping on select products. However, some items may not be eligible for shipment outside the contiguous U.S. or to certain countries, due to customs restrictions, carrier limitations, or product type.
If your international order cannot be fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. You will be notified if this applies.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, taxes, duties, or import fees, which are not included in your shipping cost.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & REFUSED DELIVERIES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Babes Bake is not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect address entry or refused delivery.
If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS
Each baking kit includes access to a password-protected video masterclass. This access is tied to the kit itself.
We do not provide passwords separately, nor do we sell digital access on its own.
If you lose your password, you’re welcome to reach out and we’ll help—but for security reasons, access is not guaranteed without proof of purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products—including perishable items, digital access, and limited-edition goods—all sales are final.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or replacement. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued for product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 10–14 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
