Shipping policy
Babes Bake prepares and ships all orders from our studio in St. Augustine, Florida. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Customer service inquiries are also handled during standard business hours throughout the week.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 4–5 business days of purchase. Some items may be offered as preorders; if so, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. These dates are estimates, not guarantees. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you directly with an update.
Carriers and Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Babes Bake does not charge handling fees or inflate carrier rates.
Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
First Class Shipping
USPS First Class is an economical shipping option, but it is often subject to delays—particularly during holidays and high-volume periods. While USPS estimates a 4–9 business day delivery window, this service can take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting a UPS shipping option at checkout for a more reliable delivery timeline.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select products. Due to the nature of some items and varying regulations, certain products may not be eligible for shipment outside the contiguous United States or to certain countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, Babes Bake reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Incorrect Addresses and Refused Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Babes Bake is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
