1. License & Use of Site
Babes Bake grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this site and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, modify, or otherwise exploit this site or its content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

You agree not to engage in unauthorized use of the site, including but not limited to scraping, hacking, bypassing access restrictions, or attempting to access private areas or digital content without a valid purchase.

2. Products & Digital Access
Babes Bake products and services—including baking kits, digital content, and editorial materials—are intended for personal use only. Purchase of a kit grants access to specific password-protected masterclass content. Digital content may not be copied, recorded, rehosted, distributed, or shared in any form.

We do not currently offer digital access separately from the purchase of a kit. Passwords and access codes are tied to the product itself and are not guaranteed to be reissued.

3. Digital Access Guarantee
While we intend to maintain access to our digital content, Babes Bake reserves the right to modify or discontinue any digital offerings at any time. In the event that Babes Bake ceases operations or the website is permanently closed, we will make a reasonable effort to notify customers and allow them to download or access digital materials during a defined window. Long-term access is not guaranteed beyond the operational life of the company.

4. Billing & Payment
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. By purchasing from Babes Bake, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

In summary: most products ship within 4–5 business days. Some items are offered as preorders with estimated ship dates listed on the product page. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Due to the nature of our products—including perishable items, limited seasonal goods, and gated digital content—all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or missing a component, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right.

6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select products. Due to regulatory restrictions, some items may not be eligible for shipment outside the contiguous U.S. or to certain countries. In those cases, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Refusal
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Babes Bake is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information or delivery refusal. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any part of the site—including digital masterclasses—without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse content, or engage in abusive or unauthorized activity.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, images, recipes, course materials, artwork, and videos—is the property of Babes Bake LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
